2. Age Restriction (18+) By accessing our website, using our services, or opting into our SMS/Text Messaging Program, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use our website or opt into our messaging program.

3. Services Catering by Bryce provides food preparation, delivery, and catering services for events. All specific details regarding menus, guest counts, pricing, and event dates will be outlined in a separate catering agreement or invoice provided to you directly.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Catering by Bryce, you agree to the following terms:

• Consent: You consent to receive service-related and promotional text messages from us at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
